In case of malfunction: the yellow button on our website
We do everything we can to prevent it, but still, Qbil-Trade suddenly doesn’t work anymore? Before contacting us, please check the status page of our website. From any page, that’s the yellow button, on the right side of the float menu. Or go directly to our status page. Here we update all malfunctions and you immediately see what is going on.
Since December we also have an office in Alkmaar. Mark and sometimes a colleague from Veenendaal work from here. Some of our clients are located in the west of the country, so this base is very convenient. Are you by any chance nearby? Feel free to come by! The coffee is ready.

Are you in Australia? Dubai or Mexico? And do you work in Qbil-Trade? From now on, as soon as you register in Qbil-Trade, in a different time zone, you will be asked if you want to change the time zone in Qbil-Trade. A pop-up will appear asking, “You are in the different time zone, do you want to change the time zone?”
Currently all logs are registered on Europe/Amsterdam time. So if you enter an order from Dubai at 3 pm, it will be logged as 12 noon (there is a three hour time difference between the Netherlands and Dubai). Due to this adjustment, it is now also visible to the user in Dubai in the logs that he entered the order at 3 pm instead of 12 noon.
