Qbil has a partner agreement with Exact, supplier of business software.

The partnership has great advantages for customers of both Qbil and Exact: direct integration between the software of both parties. Also of great added value is that thanks to the partnership specialisms are supplemented and both Qbil and Exact can offer one total solution to their customers.

We deliver Exact software exclusively in combination with our own software: Qbil-Trade.

Through our financial export module, a smart link is made between Qbil-Trade and Exact’s accounting software. This does offer you the advantages of an integrated accounting system but not the disadvantages.

When purchasing Qbil Trade, customers are not bound to Exact accounting software. Our customers remain completely free in their choice.

Purchase and sales administration in Qbil-Trade

Within Qbil-Trade, the entire purchase and sales administration takes place: the processing of incoming and outgoing invoices. The processing of purchase invoices is fully automated by an excellent scanning and recognition solution including order matching. In addition, Qbil-Trade supports the reduction of financial risks by means of credit and position limits, integrated currency hedging on a contract basis, built-in controls and a personalized segregation of duties.

With Qbil-Trade you have a clear dividing line between trade and accounting without having to have double input. With our financial export module a smart link is made between Qbil-Trade and Exact’s accounting software.
