Qbil iReport App
Qbil iReports Apple App is free to download from the App Store. This means that the user always has real-time stock levels, position lists, contract information and contact details at hand.
Quotations
Create quotations that may or may not be included in the trade position and can be converted into a contract with 1 mouse click.
Mixing / Production
Mixing/Production of batches. Traceability remains intact and mixing can take place endlessly.
CMR’s
Create and print CMRs from the transport orders screen. The data is automatically filled and can still be deviated from.
Scan & Recognize Purchase invoices
Scan and recognize solution to automatically read purchase invoices, link them to expected purchase invoices in Qbil-Trade, and forward them to the accounting department.
Miscellaneous invoices
Create and send other non-trade related sales invoices.
Pre-calculations
Pre-calculations prior to making a sales contract in which all costs are calculated from the purchase of goods to interest costs over the total payment term.
Direct Orders
Process single purchases and sales without trade contracts.
Currency Hedging
Currency hedging is possible in different ways within Qbil-Trade. The desired configuration is set in consultation.
Own Warehouse/Factory
For users who have their own warehouse or production facility and who also manage it themselves. An additional charge may apply in case of weighbridge coupling.
Interface Accounting Software
Sales invoices and processed purchase invoices sent from Qbil-Trade are sent to the accounting department. Debtors and creditors can be exported if the accounting system allows it. There is also an interface with Exact available.
DAIRY MARKET PLACE
Especially for traders in milk and dairy ingredients: Dairy Trade Marktplaats. A marketplace within our Qbil-Trade software that brings dairy buyers and sellers together. Exclusively for Qbil Software customers.
Free-form documents
Create and send free-form documents. A table can also be pasted and sent from MS-Excel into these documents.
Mass Balance
Mass Balance is a process in which companies gradually transition from using fossil fuels to recycled/renewable raw materials. Mass Balance is combining fossil and recycled/renewable resources. This entire process is supported by Qbil-Trade.
Brokers / Commisionaires
Commissionaire / Brokers / Agents commission handling from contract to purchase invoice.
Dry Matter Processing
Dry matter and fat content processing on contracts, orders ‘on call’ and invoices. Contracts are concluded on the basis of a specific dry matter or fat content and the final measured values are used in the settlement.
Planning screen
Planning screen in calendar form. As an alternative to this module, the planning report in Qbil-Trade can be used as well as the extended planning screen Logitic Control Center.
Real-time Credit & Position limit control
Real-time credit limit control and advice where the user is warned or blocked if a customer has exceeded their limit. Is only possible with Exact software as an accounting package. Payment data is imported from Exact into Qbil-Trade.
PROFORMA INVOICES
Create and send proforma invoices from a contract. These pro-forma invoices are not sent to the accounting department. Pro-forma invoices that must be sent to the accounting department are standard included in Qbil-Trade.
Logistic Control Centre (LCC)
Extended version of the planning screen where all logistical movements are visible and can be dragged & dropped in real-time.
Quality Assurance
Managing and monitoring certifications. This module ensures that no contracts are sent to parties without valid certification in the system.
