For user questions, help questions and remote assistance, we are daily available via the support portal in Qbil-Trade, by e-mail or by telephone. Our users immediately get one of our support staff on the phone who are familiar with the environment of your company and with the outstanding questions and / or wishes.

Qbil-Trade support portal
Via the support portal in Qbil-Trade you have access to technical questions and service requests:
- Create ticket in Service Desk
- Remote Assistance support
- Reporting a problem
- Consult the user manual
- Customized requests
In order to use the Remote Assistance, we request you to click on the button below.
- You will be asked whether you want to ‘save’ the program (SAVE) or want to ‘run’ (RUN). Select the ‘run’ option. Then after a few seconds you will be asked again if you want to run the program (run).
- Click on ‘run’ again.
- The remote assistance program opens.
